"When we checked in we were early, there was a very rude customer who insisted that he be allowed to check in early, Isabella was trying to explain the room wasn’t ready and she kept trying to work with him, she was so pleasant and polite and patient with him, he was not a nice man!! She’s a true professional in a very difficult circumstance. Isabella greeted us with a smile and helped us check in and each morning with a smile. I’m a retired retail manager and know dealing with the public is not easy, we were extremely impressed with Isabella. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share. "

"It was overall a good experience. Ac worked well, good beds. Clean restrooms. Free ice , good pool . The only thing I say would’ve caught me off guard would be that the breakfast isn’t free."
