"Customer service was great, but we are disappointed with the state of the hotel and room. It’s run down and the room needs to be deep cleaned and all the furniture upgraded. The chair at the desk is falling apart. We are only here one night, I checked for bedbugs but I really hope the beds are ok. The photos are deceiving. I gave the 4 stars for the lovely person who checked us in but otherwise it’s a 2 star review. "

"Our stay at Lindbergh Bay hotel was delightful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is an older one but extremely clean and pleasant. We enjoyed drinking the complimentary coffee and muffins while sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay. It also is a few minute walk from the airport. "

"Swim up bar was fun, the view was amazing. Roan was amazing getting our car for us as well as Lea. Loved them. My only suggestion would be to have the bar open a little earlier."
