The property itself was fine & excellent walkability. However it was disappointing that the hotel was such a stickler for the 3pm check in time . The lobby was full of people waiting to check in but the staff although polite, remained steadfast on the 3pm time. There was also quite the line for elevators. Perhaps these 2 issues were compounded by the concert in town that weekend.

Thank you for the feedback and you are correct regarding the elevators! I see that date of check-in was difficult to get in earlier. We had a sold-out night the night prior. Often, we are able to let check-in earlier it just all depends on night prior. Come and see us again!

I had a wonderful stay at AC Hotel Charlotte. Valet and check in were effortless and kind. Joshua-Valet was very nice and gave me directions. 10/10

Customer Service was amazing! It was very clean and smelled good. Very convenient walk to everything. Will definitely stay here again! Hit up the roof top resturant when you stay its a must.

The services was very bad. I asked for towels in three different occasions and I only received small towels. The room was not very clean. No housekeeping services. I spoke with Alfonso, he was rude and informed me that I needed to request services before 10:00am, this was around 11:00am. I wont visit this hotel again. I remember asking a staff to help me with something and I was told that "he was not on the clock" so disappointed. This hotel need more diversity workers.

We went to check in at 12:10pm , but the check in time was 3pm. Staff could have gotten a room clean and ready for us in 30 to 45 min. Even though she was checking in other people around that time , she made us wait the whole 3 hours and checked us in at 3pm. Since the checkout time was before noon, she could have coordinated with housekeeping and got a room cleaned much earlier.
