We stayed in the winter and it was half closed, so I believe my experience was not as good as the usual. All was great but the breakfast was lacking. It consisted of scrambled eggs, rotten ketchup on the table, cookies, yogurt, orange juice, white bread, and I am pretty sure that is it. Some bacon or sausages would have been nice. It seemed as if the usual cook may have been away. Other than that, the room was really beautiful and spotlessly clean. Beautiful home and in a great area.

We loved our stay at this property. Room and bathroom was clean, fresh towels and linens were provided. Breakfast was good and options were different over 2 days during our stay. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Location was excellent with lot of dinning options within walkable distance.

An entirely unique house, this beautiful PEI property is full of lovely comfortable old world charm combined perfectly with contemporary bathrooms, beautiful bedding and good wifi. The owners were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and stood out as being genuinely interested in the welfare of their guests. I loved staying there, especially sitting on the beautiful verandah in the sunshine.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was gorgeous spacious and quiet. We were on the 3rd floor. The neighborhood is charming and convenient to restaurants and parks. The hosts really put lots of thought into making our stay comfortable. Yummy breakfast. Highly recommended!

Fabulous
Fantastic BnB just a few mins walk from the downtown sights. The service was exceptional - they even made me a vegan breakfast. Incredibly friendly and charming spot - I would definitely stay again!

Lovely place to stay very near downtown
We enjoyed our stay. The Inn is lovely and very clean. The host is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful- healthy options. Our bed was comfortable. The Inn is located in a nice neighborhood and it is an easy five minute walk into town.

Loved the property, its location, and the hosts. The host told us she was a new owner but you would have thought she was doing this for years! She was so helpful with everything from suggestions for dining to doing the simple things like getting us ice. Her husband helped with bringing luggage inside and was there to help out with whatever was needed. Its a beautiful property and the hosts do a great job to make everyone feel welcome. I would definately go back if i was ever in the area again.

It’s clean
The photograph of this stately Victorian in Charlottetown won me over. It’s a shame this period was not reflected in the interior. Instead of Victorian pieces, the public spaces are decorated with ho-hum pseudo contemporary rugs and glass vases. Not charming at all, but it is clean, and the owners/hosts seem eager to please.
Stately old mansion in the historic district.
Comfortable Queen bed with crisp bedding.
I’m sure anyone would appreciate the air conditioning on a hot night (3rd floor), but the aesthetics are poor.
The bureau was an old piece and a bit shabby.

Bed was terrible old slented extreamly hard and pillows were flat, fire alarm strobe light flashing all night, communicating door to the kitchen only locks from the outside anyone can access your room from the kitchen...bizzar at best, didn't feel secure to leave anything in the room. Bathroom was newly renovated and very clean.

A beautiful historical house in a beautiful neighborhood. It was easy to walk everywhere- to parks, to the harbour, to the historical downtown. Rosemary runs this house with care and attention to everything. She is interested in every guest and makes you feel like you’re at home.

The " Cozy Nook" room should be advertised as having no shower and not to be offered to anyone near 6' tall. It is akin to the "Hand's maid tale" quarters. A blatant tourist money grab. I cannot comment on any other room in the building.

Cozy Nook that is the smallest one in the building. Can you check up the photo with bathroom, it is obvious tub attached shower head. We are sorry about that you do not like it.

Such an amazing stay at this beautiful house. The house itself is amazing and the host was wonderful, helpful and very sweet. She made delectable breakfast every morning as well. This property was within walking distance to so many things. Definitely recommend this accommodation!

Eden Hall is everything a B&B strives to be. Rosemary is a great host and an accomplished cook. Our breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. The location is just a short walk to Charlottetown's restaurant row, which was very convenient.

A great location for exploring Charlottetown on foot. Steps from Victoria Park. Breakfast very good; Rosemarie makes it to suit the client. Works hard to ensure clients are satisfied.
