One of the most beautiful hotels in Charlottetown that is also reasonably priced. Executive Queen room was spacious, regal and tidy. Front desk staff were very kind and professional. Highly recommend this establishment to stay at. Will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here and will happily stay again. It is different from the typical hotel rooms we usually stay in and it was fantastic. We stayed in different rooms about a week apart. It was exceptionally quiet in the room which was very different from what we are used to. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly. When we book hotel rooms our primary focus is on the shower. We enjoyed the large walk-in shower and appreciated having both the rain head and wand.

The decor is beautiful, the room and bed so comfortable. Breakfast is worth the stay in itself. All round lovely place to stay. Soothing and restorative. Lovely old building full of history but completely updated.

This is truly a lovely boutique. The rooms are luxurious, comfortable, and clean. I love that they offer slippers and robes. Most recently I stayed in the Parkland Suite and it’s a unique room with a sunlit portico and a well-equipped kitchen. My only negative experience involves a staff member *clipping their fingernails!* in the breakfast area, a mere few feet away from the food and in full view of any guests. This staff member didn’t stop when I approached to grab more food, so clearly they didn’t think there was anything wrong. I, however, found it off-putting, unsanitary, and completely unprofessional. Would I still recommend the hotel? Yes. Overall, the rooms, the ambience, amenities, and service from other members of staff have all been great. I would happily stay here again, but I hope management takes time to train their staff on how to behave around guests and food.
