"I have stayed in a few hotels in Stratford and this is hands down the best value for money, particularly in terms of service and facilities. Staff were all really friendly and accommodating; even made me a “make-shift” ice pack for a migraine that was crushing my soul at 9:30pm and I was grateful for it. I was sad to have a breakfast date elsewhere as the breakfast here looked elite. The facilities were comfy, perfect for working away from home and varied and I appreciated being able to make a hot drink without having to pay £4.50 for a tea bag and hot water! Free Pool table Looked excellent and the cloth was in good condition (if you play Pool, you know!) I slept so well; I woke up briefly twice absolutely convinced I was in my own bed at home. This place is going to be my go-to in Stratford now; hands down the new favourite. "

"All the staff were polite helpful and really welcoming especially the gentleman whom checked us in , the room was really clean and bathroom also clean the shower was perfect .the rooms and hotel is warm and cosy and for the price this is a really good hotel to stay in there is also a free complimentary continental breakfast which was good .There are a lot of shop and train station close by ."
