"Housekeeping was a little rough. We had to keep asking for wash clothes. I stayed at this same hotel in August and we had robes, slippers, toothbrushes and there was none of that. I had ask for wash clothes twice and they didn’t do a great at cleaning the room.. completely different experience."

"Rooms were very clean. We had a windowless room and it was very quiet. I was concerned I would feel claustrophobic but it was a very comfortable room- no problems at all. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. We stayed for 6 nights and never had a bad experience."

From the welcome at reception, the friendliness of all the staff in the bars and restaurant and also including the people you meet in the hallways through various tasks. The food in the Atrio bar is excellent as is the extensive breakfast offered. Please visit. You will not wish to go elsewhere after that."
