"Booked at short notice to enable us to fly to Milan for a funeral. The night staff who were working when we checked in were AMAZING. Everything you'd hope for in a Hilton. Otherwise it's a nice, convenient hotel for City Airport - we weren't there long. But the staff are great. "

"Hotel is located a very short walk from Ilford station which affords a quick and easy access to Central London on Elizabeth Line. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurant around plus the hotel has one in the foyer Lovely, attentive staff. Nothing is too much to ask. Had my breakfast freshly cooked to order which was a nice touch. perfect. Will definitely return. "
