Excellent simple hotel. Shame about the disgusting state of the footpath between the Ibis and the Ibis Budget - full of debris and litter. If the management cannot persuade the council to clean this area surely they can organise cleaning themselves.

It was very good, but as it was cold, it took a long time for the heater to heat up the room. There was no toothpaste provided or any brushes. The place was was nice and clean and cozy. Staff were helpful

The staff are very friendly and the room is nice. The only have one issue was when I took a shower, the water is sometimes warm and hot alternately.

Service and staff were fairly good; very helpful on check in . However the hotel itself seems old , shower door paint was chipped , carpet could do with vacuuming and felt threadbare. Stayed here when in for an eye appointment at Moorfields (Okd Street/Moorgate). Very easy to get into town, quiet, cool on a summer’s day and pleasant stafff. Would stay here again.

Easy check in,comfortable room. only stayed for a short time as had an early flight but security was very helpful getting me a taxi as my taxi came over half an hour early and at 4 in the morning it was nice to have the help.
