"Had a comfortable time"

"I’ve stayed at Ocean a few times and it’s one of my favorite hotels. Overall I still had a great experience, but there were a few downsides during this stay. The room doors are very thin, so hallway conversations were extremely loud. The bathroom also really needed an exhaust fan because it became very humid after showers. The shower pressure was poor and the shower head sprayed water in different directions, making showers take much longer than they should. The sink also kept clogging despite only water going down the drain. It was also disappointing that the iron leaked dirty brown liquid all over my shirt while getting ready for my birthday dinner. A microwave and at least complimentary water in the room would’ve been appreciated, especially since the mini fridge was completely empty. Still enjoyed my stay overall, but these are definitely things worth noting for future guests."

"Arrived on a Sunday evening at 7:45 PM, although no one was checking in, we had to wait several minutes for a front desk clerk to arrive. After our check in, we found all restaurants on site closed. The common areas smelt like old fryolator grease. The room itself was clean and nicely appointed. Beds were average in comfort."

"This property is close to the Boardwalk and a walkable distance to Boardwalk Hall for concerts. It was affordable and the staff were kind and helpful."

"Staff was friendly at checkin, and helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants. Breakfast wasn't free but hotel did provide $15 food and beverage credit that we applied to the cost of breakfast in the hotel dining room."

"Parking lot was compact waited for 20 minutes for the guy at the desk had to call to get some at the desk condom wrappers on the steps along with trash an debris. There was no hair dryer in room the shower was dirty along with the water not get hot only like warm the jettub was horrible when turn on it shot debris an dirt out into the water as if it's never been cleaned the bed was hard an uncomfortable. There was no phone or alarm clock in the room along with no dresser"
