"Had a lovely warm welcome at check in. He explained where to park, showed us to our room, which was absolutely beautiful. The room definitely had the wow factor. The toiletries smell wonderful! I felt very pampered after using them. There is complementary tea and coffee. The room was the perfect temperature. It is a short walk to the Town centre approximately 5/10 minutes. No 131 is a beautiful hotel in a lovely location, it definitely had the wow! factor for me and we would definitely stay again. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
