Staff was very helpful and friendly especially Harris who attended to us when we checked in. He even escorted us to the villa to show us the amenities. Zane at the grocers who served us beast with a smile even though she was alone manning the cafe. View from bfast terrace was soothing and relaxing. But the toilets lacked hooks for hanging clothes, had no shower spray but only the attached to the ceiling shower.

The Banjaran Hotspring resort was like a tropical paradise. My partner and I went there to destress from a busy and stressful year and we were relaxed and pampered. The food was excellent, service impeccable and the resort took care of our every need. We will definitely be visiting again!

Good value. Next to the hotel is a huge shopping mall and some fast food outlets within walking distance.

Near to the Meru Mall Indian food stall and 7-11 at 5minutes walking distance. Good mountain view. The staff extremely accommodating. Keep up the good work team. Do note it’s quite far from Ipoh main attraction like the natural hotspring. 20 minutes drive to Lost World but Uber and Grab is accessible so why not?

Clean and friendly staffs

Initially I got a small and hot room which the aircon is not strong enough to cool it. The hotel immediately offer me another better room. The staff is professional and helpful. Overall, I have enjoyed the room and services during my stay there.

Wonderful new hotel with digital systems integrated for lighting, toilet, entrances, etc.

Their king size bed feels much bigger than the usual king size, which is awesome! Love their Nasi Lemak at breakfast, especially the chilli! Delicious! Don’t forget to grab an apple/ orange on your way out after breakfast!

We love the Tudor! It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas when we visited in end Nov. Felt like we are in European hotel. The staff we met are all friendly and helpful. We stayed in the duplex room with the attic and it was a nice experience sleeping in the tudor attic. We will certainly visit again!

The hotel is comfortable and the rooms are huge. However, could do with proper house keeping as several standard essentials were not found in the room i.e. hair dryer, bedroom slippers etc and we have to keep calling House Keeping to bring over. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs which makes it convenient for meals. Host responded promptly. Unit was well cleaned & maintained. Location is good. Excellent value. Will come back again to stay with Vendor when back to Ipoh. Strongly recommended. 👍

We had a comfortable stay at this property. Security is good at this property as card required to access lift lobby, lift to go to the unit. There is also a security guard seated at the lobby every time we passed by. There are not many food outlets nearby but with Grab of around RM8, we can reach most of the popular eateries.

Great location near major Ipoh attractions and the drop-off and pick-ups from the hotel via Grab were without issue. Finally, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, making the stay very comfortable.

Great to have a late massage after a long day out, just a few steps away, wife and I enjoyed a one hour full body Thai massage at 55 Ringgit each. Local eatery located diagonally across the hotel entrance, with good variety local food , named Moon and Moon, branch of established local brand it seems.
