"Close proximity to the airport within walking distance. Excellent stay for that 5 am flight with convenient airport shuttle. Staff is always friendly, polite and helpful"

"This is an older hotel with no amenities. The floors creak and you can hear people walking above you. The walls seem not well insulated as noise from adjacent rooms was an issue. If you are a light sleeper, avoid. Lighting in the room is also very dim and the TV didn’t work in my room. Also, the free breakfast is a one block walk away at a restaurant. You get a choice of a breakfast burrito (which I might say was actually really good) or a couple other items. It is very well located in downtown Spokane and you can easily walk to any of the many restaurants and bars and the Riverfront Park area. The mall that is a few blocks away is also very nice."

"Parking situation is terrible. Very small lot that was $7 a night. Walking up to room we were immediately worried because the steps and walkways need swept, and vacuuming. Room was fairly clean. Also needed a broom and a mop. You could smell that animals had been in here. Bed was actually comfortable, and bedding was clean. We only had one towel, and when we got up to shower, the office was closed still, so had to share it. I wouldn’t stay here again."
