"Staffs are very good, both checking in and checking out were very smooth and fast. I have to mention receptionist Keith Zhang. As my Mandarin is limited, he spoke English to me during the check-in process when I didn’t understand. He also helped me to order taxi when I needed to go somewhere and he also suggested how I can purchase last minute concert tickets. My room’s very spacious, comfortable, bright and clean as well. Highly recommend this hotel! "
