Comfort & Location
A well located apartment with all the amenities required plus more. The kitchen was very good and washer and dryer an unexpected surprise. Breakfast was great and changed from day to day. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Excellent Choice for Chengdu Stay
My partners and I stayed here for our first week in China and could not have been more pleased. We stayed in a 2BR Suite and very happy with the accommodations. The staff was always helpful not speaking Chinese was never an issue. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and our company is intending to keep a unit here long term.

THE go-to place for extended trip in Chengdu
I travel to Chengdu 3-4 times/year for business and have stayed at many 5-star hotel properties there. In my opinion, Oakwood Residence Funder is THE place to stay with their apartment-like property in a great location and neighborhood. Great staff to boot - all at a very reasonable price.

Just alright
I'd expect a hotel at this price level in chengdu to be decent, but the cleanness is just so so. Room has wears, fingerprints on the wardrobe, room service puts soap bar from floor to shower rack, bed sheets get my back itchy, snot on the tv stand. Staff are polite and helpful in general. Breakfast is alright. Location is not the best for either leisure or business. I'll be open to other options in my next visit.

We had some unfortunate health issues. Staff at no expense found a doctor, escorted us there multiple times, they even drove or paid the cab fares, greeted us by name always. Special people

We had a very nice stay at this hotel for four nights. It is a good property for long-term stays. Very helpfull staff. We would definitely return in the future.

Nice Hotel huge rooms and love the King size beds
We stay at the Oakwood at least once a year for the last 3 years on our trip to China. It is in a good location in Chengdu and we love the suites. Great for families as there is lots of room with a kitchen and washer and dryer. the size of the rooms and beds makes things easy.

El hotel es hermoso, aunque tuve problema con mi tarjeta para retirar efectivo y en la recepcion no quisieron darme la opcion de hacer un pago con tarjeta para entregarme ellos el dinero cuando otros hoteles si te lo ofrecen. Poca variedad de comida para cenar

とてもいいホテルだと思います。
初めて1人で中国内陸部に行くので、不安がいろいろありました。 ほとんどの場所で英語すら通じない、聞こうともしてくれない環境でしたが、ここのホテルの方は英語でコミュニケーションが取れます。 興味本位でか少しだけ日本語を話せる方もいて、とても助かりました。 ２階のレストランで朝は朝食を食べれます。いろいろな種類もあり、味も美味しいと思います。 夜も行きましたが、お酒の種類や料理の味は素晴らしいと思います。 地下鉄の駅からも徒歩10分くらいなので、成都への旅行の際は検討してみる価値があると思います。

깨끗하고 서비스도 만족. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 금연인데 객실 내에서 흡연을 하는 사람이 있는지 에어컨 송풍구를 통해 담배 연기가 남.

飯店地段好，硬體也很優值，大空間，早餐一般， 服務員可以在熱情一點,算CP值很不錯的飯店，可以去住住，成都很美，很好玩，玩的時間不夠，下次要多去幾天
