"Just the best staff ever! We were travelling with our 19 month old toddler and nothing was too much for the staff - they paid attention to our family, even did the check-in process via a tablet in our room so we are comfortable. We stayed twice before and after our flight from Chennai Intl. We used Accords airport pick up and drop off service for additional charge - absolutely worth every penny- they were waiting for us, ushered us to the car, helped with luggage etc! I have travelled a lot over the years and five times with my under 2yo and Accord Chrome by far beat all our combined travel experiences from service, to cleanliness, to food,. We will defo return on our next trip. Thanks all for making our stay extremely pleasant and enjoyable aftet and before our long journey!"

"Staff was great . Room was very clean, very good by Indian standards. And most importantly, the A/C was cold and working properly. Not if they has hot water for a bath, didn't see a geyser and didn't stay long enough to need one. An excellent Brianni restauranr right at the end of the street "

"Stay was comfortable. Staff was friendly, room was big and very clean. Breakfast buffet was ok with limited options. Ordered dinner room service, quantity was less and taste was not that great. "

"The rooms are very compact; small table and chair is provided inside the room but no space to reach out to those. Little more space could have been nice. Front office staffs are good but could have been more friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Authentic Tamil Nadu style breakfast and dining area staffs are awesome folks. Another important thing is noise. Since it's very close to the highway, vehicle movements are expected to be more. Hotel team could have considered sound proof windows to reduce the noise to some level. Overall good place in a prime location and happy to visit again."

"When I checked in the room was very hot & reeked smell of sweat. Later I noticed the the pillow covers & bed sheet to be smudged and the source of the smell. I had asked the staff to replace them & they lied that they replaced it. I will NOT stay here again !! "
