" Very disappointing experience. The front desk service was unprofessional and unfriendly. The female staff member was cold and dismissive, and seemed more focused on her phone than helping guests. When I arrived on March 25, 2026, I waited about 10 minutes. She told me to wait and continued using her phone. I politely said “excuse me” twice, but did not receive any response. During that time, several other guests were waiting as well. I had already booked and paid for my 4-night stay online, and I did not cause any inconvenience. During my stay, I considered extending for one more night, but I did not feel comfortable due to the service. When I checked out, I said “thank you” and “goodbye,” but there was no response.
