"I came for medical test at UCLA and my experience was that I wasn't informed of the $15 parking fee to park on the street in a handicap spot with my placard. The room had this pungent smell. Like a very musty smell. Old man smell. Then in the bathroom the toilet appeared clean until seat lifted and the toilet seat and the whole rim of the toilet was crusted with a #2 explosion and a palm spot on the bathroom door. Otherwise it was quiet and very respectful. I would lean more towards my visit experience with the bathroom was most likely an oversight, not their normal. The carpet for sure needs attention and I'm taken aback with the parking. Im on 24hr oxygen so I also may be hypersensitive to the odors."

"When I book the pictures of the place have a hot tub and when I get there the place did not have a hot tub just a regular bathroom shower so the pictures r not true was so upsetting "
