"We had an extremely disappointing stay at EVEN Hotel by IHG. After driving four hours for an overnight stay before an early event, we arrived exhausted — only to be given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. There was waste in the toilet and carpet beetles throughout the room. Completely unacceptable. We were moved, but the second room wasn’t what we booked (double queen instead of king). After nearly 90 minutes of back and forth, we finally got into a standard king room around 10 PM. The issues...
