Lovely stay in Cheverny

Our visit was perfect and we stayed here for 3 nights. Our room was spacious and comfortable. At the top of our list was the warmth and friendliness of the owner. She was generous with her time and knowledge of the area. We really felt welcomed! Would definitely recommend this place to all who visit Cheverny.

The perfect Cheverny/Blois base

Wonderful host has created an immaculately modern yet rustic, incredibly clean and comfortable b&b. Breakfast perfectly thought out with a true French experience for the international traveller. All the amenities you could require. We hired the ebikes at a very reasonable rate to tour the nearby chateaus and vineyards and returned to a warm jacuzzi to relax in.

This was the loveliest Bed and Breakfast I have stayed at in France or the United States. The staff was excellent, welcoming and bilingual. The included breakfasts were consistently excellent and included locally grown fresh fruits, eggs and cheeses and other wonderful items. The property was clean and quiet, and all the amenities you can imagine for a nice stay. The property and grounds were private and secluded but close to many historical sites such as two castles in close proximity and other Major Loire Valley must-see sites of interest.

A Treasure!

This stay was far above ANYWHERE we have EVER stayed! The grounds were spectacular! The room was so comfy, it felt like home. The best part was our host, Dominique, and the incredible breakfast that was served every morning. If you walk away hungry, it is your own fault! I wish there was a rating higher than 10 because this stay called for a 20! We cannot recommend this place any higher. If you are visiting the area, make sure to include a visit here.

This was the perfect location for exploring the Chateaus of the Loire Valley. Our room was extremely spacious with a beautiful bathroom and everything looked like it had been recently upgraded/modernized. The breakfast was excellent. There was way more food than we could eat and we took the leftovers with us to eat later in the day. The house is situated in the most beautiful gardens. I sat in the garden each evening to read a book and enjoy the solitude. It was very relaxing. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Parfait !!!

Un lieu parfait (propreté, décoration, équipements, jardin +++), très bien situé et au calme, et une hôte, Dominique, qui sait accueillir, conseiller et recevoir. Une gros plus pour un petit déjeuner qui rivalise avec ceux des plus beaux palaces français. L'annonce correspond à 100% à ce que vous pouvez vivre comme expérience. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander de choisir ce lieu pour découvrir Cheverny et ses environs !

Du jamais vu

En retour de vacances, étape de 3 nuits au long de la Loire. Buts: achat de vin de Loire (excellent) et visite de chateaux à vélo. Et puis, la surprise. Quel accueil chaleureux à La Demalerie! Jamais, nous n'avions connu cela depuis tant de temps que nous fréquentons les chambres d'hôtes. Une chaleur humaine hors du commun, naturelle, spontanée, quel enchantement. Les chambres sont à la hauteur des hôtes, luxueuses et spacieuses. Et un petit-déjeuner... je vous en dis pas plus! Exceptionnel. Merci à vous, Dominique et votre époux, c'est génial. Si nous revenons dans la région, ce que nous espérons de tout cœur, c'est certain, c'est chez vous que nous atterrirons! Amitiés de la part d'un couple belge comblé.
