"Highly recommend. We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and the service has been wonderful from reservation to check-out. Despite some complications with our reservation, they have been very accommodating and still when above and beyond to make our stay very special. We would love to stay here again."

"Great location. Free shuttle bus around the old city and they can pick you up as well. Easy to get to and around the city, central, but not super busy, away from the tourist crowds. Super helpful and nice staff! Would stay again!"

"Great stay"

"Architecturally amazing, a real gem in the heart of Chiang Mai. Definitely deserves its Two Michelin Keys recognitikn"

"Great room, clean, and amazing staff"

"The hotel is located in the old town closed to many attractions. Staff are super helpful and friendly. The breakfast and restaurant are delicious. Totally recommended"

"I stayed 2 nights alone. This hotel isn't new. But,keep everywhere clean at perfect level. This stay was my first experience that I thought I should keep clean for the people who would stay next time. That's why,I didn't need cleaning service after first day. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to feel authentic hospitality. But,If you want to stay at apparent gorgeous facility, you shouldn't stay here. As for me,I'll select here for my next stay sincerely."

"Well decorated in a great area. The breakfast was excellent!"
