Staff was great - everyone! Buffet breakfast was tasty and a good exploration into Thai dishes. It is an old hotel showing signs of age with thin walls, slow hot water uptake, and spotty Wi-Fi. After a few days it all just becomes charming.

The room was cleaned daily. Towels were changed daily. The hotel parking lot is guarded day and night. The staff in all areas are very friendly and helpful. Only at reception are there occasional issues with English language skills and organization. Otherwise, the hotel is highly recommended due to its location near the Old Town.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very accommodating and genuinely happy to help you. Bed a little hard, but ok. Pool nice too. The burger place attached to it, they were so delicious! Also the bkft had a very nice variety.

The property is in a great location, central to most things in Chiang Mai, shopping, bars and night market. After a noisy (customers next door) night, first night, I asked the next morning to be moved in which the staff were only to happy to accommodate.
