Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The location is perfect! You can walk to everything in Old Town, and north or east of the wall. The rooms are basic and budget – but they are clean and quiet, and the A/C works really well. I loved that they provided free water in glass bottles (not plastic!). The owners are on-site, and very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I come back through Chiang Mai.
