""Luxury" is only in its name. We enjoyed our stay at their other great property in Mae Taeng before pre-covid19, but this Chiangmai location is in extremely poor condition. My family occupied three rooms. The wood floor in my room was uneven and rough. It is uncomfortable to walk on and can cause accidents or even injuries. Bathroom smells of sewage. The water pressure was terrible. There was no Wi-Fi provided aside from the lobby and the dining area. My cellular network (AIS) was also bad in...
