Wonderful stay! We loved the friendly and welcoming service most of all. With the exception of some minor things in our room needing attention/repair like peeling wall paper, cobwebs, and loose toilet paper holder, the room was very clean. Stylish and updated with fresh modern colors and furniture. Beds were super comfy with soft, clean white linens. Great shower pressure and really appreciated the built-in bath products - a nice amenity often found in luxury hotels. Incredibly clean breakfast room with wonderful breakfast options like fresh waffles, toast, pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea and juices. Excellent location on Main St and walkable to everything downtown and Chico State Univ.

Staff was super awesome! The room was clean and tidy. Super close to down town made it super convenient and easy to go places. The waffles at breakfast were really good as well!

The bed was super comfy. Soft. The room had a nice chair in it, a padded chair with a tiny table in front. The TV was big with DirectTV. Had a microwave inside which was nice. They had free breakfast, but the breakfast didn't have any eggs or sausage so not many options in terms of protein, although they did have yogurts in the refrigerator. Fresh made waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal main choices. This is one of the cheaper motels but it stands out for value, because the room was really nice and free breakfast is better than no breakfast. Haha

The staff were great. The room was nice. My only complaint would be the tight parking and the toaster didn’t work 😂 I will stay there next time I have a rc race in town though for sure.

Not a terrible deal for what you get, but not good
Black crumbs inside sheets when I checked in, smoke smell in room, hair in bathtub. Not very clean.

From the moment we arrived everyone was helpful, cheerful and delightful. Everything was just great. The checkin was seamless. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were awesome. The only downside was the breakfast as it was limited to cereal, waffles and stale danish. But I would still recommend this motel.

Great location. Clean and safe. Bed was decent. Because rooms open to the outside, it is pretty loud and disruptive when rude guests run and shout in front of your room. But we didn’t complain, so that’s not the hotel’s fault.
