I understand preserving the style, but refreshing or deep-cleaning certain areas would make it feel much cleaner without losing its character. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, mainly because of the location and breakfast, but some updates would really improve the experience."

The only negatives were the hot food choices could have been hotter and the coffee machine quality was not good for being in Italy."

If they maintain this level of quality, Ruby Giulia would definitely be our choice again for a future visit to Rome."
