"Rooms were clean and bed/pillows all of good quality. Breakfast started at 5.30am which is perfect for all the early starts with the treks and nearby trips. It’s a shame there are no other facilities to make it feel a little bit more luxury like a pool. View from our window was a construction site so not the best! Disappointing to not know this before staying as i think we would have booked elsewhere as we needed a relaxing day before starting the w trek but found it hard to relax in our room! "
"Rooms are a good size, no early check in but we could leave bags.
Staff were friendly and helped to organise pack up breakfasts which were adequate.
Rooms are tired, bathroom ceiling paint coming off. No bath/shower mat. Only two coffee pods per stay. Windows let wind come through. No luxury. Pool area is tired, and gym is laughable. It’s a shame the breakfast doesn’t open till 6.30am others in the area open at 5.30am meaning you can relax and eat before heading out on day trips. Wouldn’t stay again. "
"Room was OK for the price, bathroom door was damaged but they fixed quickly. Restaurant was very good. Continental breakfast was not. The gym was OK but not all the machines were working. Location was perfect, just 3 minutes walk to main square and 5 minutes walk from restaurants. Walk 2 more minutes and you get to the port area. Also for your covenience there is a machine to refill your bottle of water in on the second floor near the reception."
"We loved this hotel while staying in the Patagonia area. Super friendly staff, great breakfast options and lots of natural light. Would definitely recommend."
"We arrived early, but the staff was super attentive. They were able to store our bags as we went out and explored. Cristian took care of us from start to finish, great customer service skills. Margarita was our cleaning lady and had the room spotless. We visited the restaurant, the selection was good with some local cuisine. Portions are big enough for two. Location was ideal right on the Straight and only blocks from downtown, the port and just about anywhere."
