"The hotel is clean and functional. The AC is very useful in the summer. But my check-in process was very bad. The self check-in machine asked me to pay (I already paid Expedia in full when making the booking) for my booking, but always show errors when I tried to pay. Called the hotel by phone, was told someone was coming in “a few minutes”, but I ended up waiting for a whole hour, on the street outside the hotel, before someone showed up."

"This is a beautiful, peaceful spot away from the tourist bustle of the coast. The hotel has excellent facilities and the staff were all extremely helpful & friendly.
Situated just outside Teide National Park, it is an ideal base for exploring."
