"Brilliant location. Rooms modern, clean and super warm and cosy. Quiet considering its central location. A round of welcome drinks at the bar was a nice touch. Checking in and out was super simple. Car parking only a few minutes walk away. The pool was a tad too cold but the sauna made up for it. Would definitely stay again. Kids loved it. We didn't try the breakfast."

"Location perfect for overnight stay in Bristol. Close to plenty of food options and walking trails in the morning. We took advantage of the onsite restaurant for dinner which was a great experience for both setting, food and wine options. Recommend the 28oz shared platter for two which was plentiful."

"Very comfortable hotel. Really fantastic and friendly service. Couple of issues with my son's room which they dealt with immediately and moved him to another room. But the piece de resistance is the amazing Roman spa which guests can use in the morning and evening for 2 hours. Several different pools of different temperatures plus sauna and steam room. And of course a gym and treatment rooms available all day. Delicious family dinner in the restaurant - really excellent food. Would happily go back."

"Lovely hotel, quiet in the suite separate from the main hotel. Good facilities- large pool and I liked there was a swim lane and general lane. Staff friendly and helpful. Little dated in the rooms but plenty of space, comfortable bed/pillows and very dark. Would recommend."
