The room was very spacious. Our room had a living space area with sofa and coffee table. The kitchenette had a microwave, kettle, induction stove, and fridge. Tableware, pots/pans, utensils and dish soap + sponge were included. The bathroom also had a washer. We liked that the sink, toilet, and bathing area were all separated.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. However we didn’t add on breakfast during our stay.
The real highlight of the hotel was the onsen, it was clean, calm and well designed. It had a dry which very hot. It was great to finish with a cold plunge. There was an indoor and open air sauna, and a shower with a strong stream of water for shoulders and back.
Afterward you could use the hairdryers and other products to get ready.
The rooms were clean and we liked the nice big windows. As well at the little sitting place. It was the perfect spot to have a coffee or tea in the morning. However there wasn’t much space to hang or store clothing.

"I had the unfortunate experience when I checked in that I did not have a reservation. On checking the booking it was found that it was made for one month earlier than intended. Accordingly I had to pay again. Whether it was my fault or not I do not know but apparently I have no chance of receiving ..."
