"Not enough can be said about the helpfulness of the staff at this Four Seasons. They had a considerable number of activities that were both educational and fun to break up the day between dips in the pool for families with younger children. Would definitely stay here again if/when I were to return to the Chiang Mai area. We were so happy with the resort that I felt bad leaving for the various excursions we planned. I could not recommend more highly."

The room was clean and well- furnished, with a quiet balcony area. The pool area was quiet, clean, and relaxing. The breakfast and restaurant had good food and service, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I was looking for a relaxing, quiet location away from the car exhaust fumes, noise and chaotic energy of the city, and this was a great choice! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. "

"Lovely owner & lovely grounds. Sadly the shower cut out every time we used it resulting in a blackout of electricity. Sometimes this would return after 2 minutes sometimes 10 minutes. We stayed 9 days. "
