Rude staff. First they will give you the worst condition room, if you are shy/adjustable then you wont complain. If you complain, they will say ,it will be fixed tomorrow because no staff available.

"Besides the mistake at the front desk, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff doubled assigned another guest to the room I was already assigned to, and it caught me by surprise, but I understand mistakes can happen, and she handled it accordingly.
