"設備は古いが、キチンと清潔感あり気にならなかった。その分、お値段がリーズナブルで、私は十分満足でした。
フロントは、海外の方でしたが、日本語もお上手で色々説明していただきました。
フロント隣りの部屋ではウエルカムドリンクのご用意、夜からはカレーライスのご用意もあり大変良かったです。
お風呂は、部屋のユニットバスのみで少し残念でしたが、近隣のスーパー銭湯に行き、旅の疲れは十分癒すことが出来ました。"

"今回で4度目のおごと温泉でした。
こちらの旅館の、ホスピタリティの高い対応には感動しました。
担当して頂いた仲居さんは、夜ご飯、朝ごはんの時の説明が丁寧で、時に笑いもありで楽しく、美味しくいただけました。
温泉の湯も、晩朝と2回入れてとてもツルツルになってリラックスできました。
朝ご飯の後は、フリードリンクのコーヒーや紅茶の種類も沢山ありまったり過ごせました。
送迎のバスの運転手の方の、駅で最後までお見送りも丁寧で嬉しかったです。
人気の犬のまめたろうくんも可愛かったです。
すべてのスタッフの方の笑顔での対応に、また来たいなと思う場所でした。
