Our unit B14 located on the top or second floor was spotlessly clean and bright so this made for a wonderful stay. The location we found perfect for our needs; walking distance to city centre etc. Luggage racks would have made life easier rather than having to manage our bags on the floor. Car parking we found a problem one evening after returning in our vehicle, there were no parking spaces. Another guest was in the same predicament. We agreed a motel of this standard should have one space per unit. This doesn’t seem to be the case. Regardless, we recommend this property and would stay again.

Handy to city and a central base to all areas in ChCh. Nice and clean, spacious and quiet. Walking distance to city and for meals. This is the second time we have stayed here and would stay again.

Great room. Clean ++
Our room was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. The Host was lovely and helpful. The only thing that could have been better was if the courtyard garden off our room had been weeded as it looked quite messy.

Such a great place to stay, clean and tidy. This was our second stay here and our room was upgraded to a more spacious room with separate room for our bed, was great as we had a toddler and a portacot to put up. Lots of space, child friendly as all deck area’s sturdy balustrades. Very happy, will be back to stay again soon. 😁

Central on Bealey
A modern well managed motel with modern facilities. Parking adequate but a little tight when motel full. A stand for bathroom for toilet bags would be useful. Overall very good.

Our favourite in Christchurch
Great place to stay in an awesome location. The queen studio we stayed in had absolutely everything you could need and the balcony is fantastic. The outside light does slightly shine through the sides of the blind though so if you are used to a pitch black room bring a eye mask. This was a very minor detail.

Room was OK. Had to ask for the breakfast which was delivered the night before. 9pm delivered was late when we were in bed as had a big day. When booking we saw rooms with a balcony and garden but on check in we had neither. Overall room did the trick.
