"From start to finish, this hotel delivered an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The thoughtful touch of providing refillable water stations was both convenient and eco-conscious.
Dining at Ongetem was a highlight—the food was absolutely outstanding. The bed was so comfortable, I genuinely wished I could take it home with me! The hotel's central location made exploring the area effortless.
I would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

"Stayed for 3 nights in June 2025 prior to a group tour. The hotel is great and all of the staff members were lovely and kind! The only negative about this hotel is that it is essentially at the end of a dead end road (there is a security fence surrounding the hotel), so you have to follow the road back out to the main street to go anywhere. That being said, we walked around quite a bit, even at night, and found the area very safe. "
