"We loved our stay at this hotel! Location was perfect for us, the overall nautical theming was great, the hotel was clean, staff were helpful and hotel had a good atmosphere. Our room was spacious, very clean, came with a fridge, hairdryer and toiletries, and the beds were super comfortable. Our only complaints about the room was that the tannoy at Liverpool Lime Street station was pretty loud and we could still hear it even with the window closed, our toilet didn't flush properly and there...

"Great location and the public spaces are great. Rooms are beginning to get a little tired, particularly in the bathroom where fixtures and fittings were broken. Staff friendly, although some bar staff don't seem to know what they are doing which is a shame. It's one of my favourite hotel spaces in Liverpool, but at its price point it could be better.
