"What a little gem right on the beach. I booked last minute and staff was so friendly and accommodating. Great location with easy access to the beach and those refreshing clear Adriatic waters. Wonderful breakfast included, as well as free parking. The hotel has seen better days but it is very clean and has everything you need for a quick overnight. A little expensive but perfect if you are looking to get away from the crowds in Split and sleep in a chill vintage guesthouse. Recommended. "

"Hotel San Antonio is the main hotel in this group and facilities are in this hotel but a short walk away and right next to beach and bars/restaurants. Staff ok and knowledgeable, helpful when asked. Not many shops close by and centre of split is a good 20 mins taxi ride, busses are available but not used by us."

"We had a great stay! The lovely hosts made us feel at home and were very helpful when we had questions or requests. Balconies are great to watch the sun set and moon rise. "Everything was great except for a recent hornet issue in the area. Two got into the apartment and it took me an hour to get them out. Also, you will definitely need a car and would advise a small one unless you are used to driving on small windy roads and turns where a large vehicle could go off the edge. "
"Small Family run Hotel, Stayed for 7nights, What great time we had, we have 6month old baby, althought there are a few staircases, it was manageable.
Breakfast is good, Continental and eggs cooked to your liking, all fresh food lovely.
The Evening meals are the highlight, its €37 for 3 course meal, which is different menu each night. All fresh great cooked food. The views from dinner are amazing. The hotel is on a strip which goes 4km+ into the next village, perfect for walks, runs or pushing the baby. Loads of great restraunts down here.
We will stay here again, try get a balcony room next time. 100%reccomend.

"Villa Zanic has easily been a 10/10. If we could give it a higher score we would. Mickey the receptionist was an absolute gem…so friendly, helpful and a wealth of information. Mladen the manager was also so kind and a joy to visit with. He made us the most amazing breakfast and delicious coffee each morning (for a fee). It was wonderful to enjoy the views from the deck and have some great conversation with him.
Our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped and we loved our deck!! The beds and pillows were a dream to sleep on and the air conditioning in each room made sleeping so comfortable. The walk in rain shower was wonderful to use everyday and unlimited hot water!
We loved having the beach outside our door with pool toys to use, deck chairs and umbrellas for free. It was also nice to have onsite parking.
We were only a short Uber ride to Split which was recommended because of parking issues in the downtown area. The restaurants in the vicinity are wonderful but especially the one right across the street Dioklecijan… absolute best service and the most delicious food!

"This is a very sweet boutique hotel--immaculately clean and brand new. the breakfast was amazing! we stayed a week and had different options every morning--all were delicious! However, it is located right beside a church which has bells ringing for 4 minutes every morning at 6 am!!!!!! early wake up call. it's also directly on the main road, so not at all quiet. you had to walk a bit to cross the road and get to the beach, but the beach walk is wonderful and has many incredible restaurants with amazing ocean views/sunsets. the staff was amazing--very helpful in planning our day trips."
