Hot water heater did not work or did not work properly. The place outside the room was filthy with trash all over the property. The one staff was great but he had virtually no help. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc. Management either does not know better or does not care.
