What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Everyone was incredibly gracious, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a wonderful experience. We needed to add a daybed to our reservation for our daughter, and the team accommodated the request immediately. They even came up to ensure everything was set up perfectly before we returned. A special thank you to Lucia, who was absolutely phenomenal. She felt more like a personal concierge than a hotel staff member, anticipating our needs and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you have the opportunity, ask for Lucia when you check in—she will go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Five out of five stars, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Madrid."
