"Poor value and definitely long overdue due for renovations. Far out of the way and generally clean and tidy but rundown and way overpriced compared to what else is on offer. Pool water and area were not inviting. Even the Nasi Goreng was overpriced and about as small a serve and basic as they come. I ordered the special. I can’t imagine how they come standard. "If we had visited this hotel in 1976, we would have been impressed with its style and decor. That said, it was clean and it was on a great location next to the Botanical gardens. There is a shopping mall nearby, too, but getting to it involves a perilous crossing of a busy road where vehicles are out to kill. Not bad, overall, just a bit dated. "
