Absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was in the best condition

Wonderful Stay At the Trans Luxury Hotel, once you step into the lobby, prepared to be pampered with the facilities and amenities, all of top notch quality. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great experience for the whole family!

Great value for price point! Very nice view to complement the well maintained rooms!

The service and the facilities was exceptional. They prepared a cake with a bouquet of flowers and chocolates since it was my birthday and wedding anniversary trip. The butler was also very helpful in offering to drop and pick us up at the nearby Miss Bee for dinner. It was also raining that day. Subsequently, they got the driver drop us at a cake shop enroute to the airport when I informed I would like to buy some cakes home. The adventure playground appealed to the kids and adults. My toddler...

A wonderful stay with an amazing staff who really make us feel cared for! We will be back!

The service was good. Didik Anugerah from the front office help me to sort my train ticket. He was very helpful and friendly. I feel comfortable ad safe in the hotel. I think I choose the wrong date cause the Hotel was fully booked and lots of children's since its Indonesia school holiday. The room is a bit dated and need improvement on the toilet and the bed. Overall I will come back to this hotel cause its convenient and near to all the outlets and eateries.

Huge thanks to the hotel staffs for arranging the little surprise complimentary bday cake to my sister upon our check in. Definitely a highlight to our family trip and unforgettable experience with Hilton. Friendly and helpful staffs, not to mention their breakfast is superb.

Nice and cozy place to stay. Staff are very helpful.

Satisfying. Good comfortable restaurant with very reasonable prices. Overall, very clean and safe environment with good security presence.

Great stay. Food was just okay but everything else was great m.

Location of hotel…..most things are close by such as the cultural museum, bandros trolley (love this!) shopping etc etc Breakfast variety was awesome. And was so happy that there’s a barista for coffee. Staff at Momo Cafe was very helpful..shout out to Den Rohman who introduced us to “bandrek” …he even prepared us a sugarless version. Den Rohman also informed us where we could buy Tapai and would get it for us if we couldn’t find it… Momo Cafe : Ms Lutfiana -Lovely young staff who was so...

Great hotel - you get exactly what it looks like in the photos Staff are very helpful and speak English well which is wonderful if Your Indonesian is not so good

I stayed for 6D 5N. Hotel was not busy so naturally we stood out from the crowd. We made a lot of friends from the hotel. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to help us. I feel like people in bandung connects with me. Humble at its best. Hotel staff were like family. Awesome trip!

Good service provided by the staff. Maybe should be more well versed in speaking English.

The hotel is in good condition, room is clean and staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only con is location a little bit off.

All departments are excellent except the front desk, upon arrival i felt beinh ignored. They even forget my welcome drink despite being reminded. Beware of their official taxi queue at hotel entrance, asking for 200.000rp to railway stn/airport, claiming that theur taximeter is out of order. However, the F&B staff are wonderful.
