Highly recommend staying here! Rooms are clean and newly upgraded. Staff is very friendly and know the area well. Every staff member I encountered seemed to really care about our stay and making it the best possible. Breakfast was what you would expect for a complimentary breakfast - cereal, bagels, waffles, sausage, eggs. The hotel is conveniently located. We will definitely stay again.

The staff was friendly, and check-in was easy. On a snowy day, I appreciated parking in the deck with convenient elevator access. My room was clean with an updated bathroom. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, and more.

Nice location near downtown. Beautiful park across the street, with walking access to the Mt Adams neighborhood which has some amazing dining options. Kids loved the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay.

We had one of the easiest booking, check-in and check-out experiences ever. Front desk employee made our kids feel so special on their birthdays and was extremely personable. Everything we requested before check-in was in the room and it took all the stress out of traveling with little kids. Clean, quiet and great breakfast!

The check in was great, the lady that helped us was amazing! However the room.. not so much. The floors weren't very clean, there are items broken or falling apart, light bulbs not working, no trash bags in the bins, there was hair on the blanket before any of us had even sat our things down.. lots of noises between 12:30/1am from the door rattling and the AC clanking. Overall not a great experience unfortunately as it was for my daughter's birthday weekend.
