"10 STARS!! This hotel was INCREDIBLE!! It was really, really nice! Everything was great! The lobby was updated, warm, welcoming, rich-looking, and Clean – really pretty! The front desk staff helped me many times with the computer in the office and getting hot coffee! Very accommodating and nice staff! Surprisingly, The room felt really big! Everything was clean. We had a coffee maker, refrigerator, and a nice TV. The paint on the walls looked new and felt rich and pretty. There was a ceiling fan in the center of the room over our beds - Woww! The air conditioner was quiet & worked! The bathroom was large and clean, had rich colors and granite countertops. (I even took a picture of the brand of towels to see if I could buy some because - were so nice.) The vending machine down the hall was stocked and the prices were very reasonable!! We loved breakfast! Huge room, clean plenty of options in the buffet, nice tv to watch if desired. Everything was fully stocked in the buffet - every single morning. Someone really cared about tiny details! Even the little butter containers in the refrigerator were stacked with precision! This hotel, FAR exceeded my expectations. I stayed here with my adult son and I think we said to each other, every single day, “this is the nicest place!” (We’ve stayed in pretty awful hotels before, so this was a blessing.) I will 100% DEFINITELY stay here again if I am ever in town and I will look for this hotel chain in other locations! "

"This is not my first time staying here in in the past it’s been fine but I’m not sure if it’s under new management or what but the place have definitely went down over the years I booked a 2 queen bed room 2 days ago when my husband came to check us yesterday the refrigerator wasn’t working and it smelled liked spoiled food in the room also someone took the tv. He went to inform the front desk and was told to give a couple hours for them to repair it or they would switch our room hours went by we went to check if it was fixed and it wasn’t I told someone at the front desk what was "

"A/C worked great but the sink in the bathroom wouldn't\t drain properly and the shower had no pressure, besides the water felt greasy from so much chlorine in it."

"The staff was warm and welcoming. I could adjust the room temperature myself and the bed and linens, shower were very good. I only stayed for an overnight visit after returning from Europe (time shifting) and meet family and attend a local event so I did not have an opportunity to try the restaurant or use other of the facility. Would recommend as a very good value. "
