"Parking was safe, location is in a good area. The man who checked us in was to the point, not upbeat and friendly which is completely fine, we’re just use to staying at 4/5 star hotels. The building and rooms are like an apartment complex, which gives a homey feel which I loved the most. The bed was very comfortable with fluffy pilows and a thin quilt, not a comforter you’d have in a hotel. Kitchen was equipped with cookware, a full sized fridge, microwave, a dishwasher, and a dining table. There’s a washer and dryer in the room, super convenient! Only nuances would be that we found hair (not ours) upon arrival in our tub and under the couch pillows where there were some nasty looking stains. Came back to the property around midnight, my fiance was unable to get to the right floor after trying several times. He would press floor 4, but the elevator kept taking him to floor 2 or 3. An employee had to use a key to help. Overall, we plan to book this property again in the future!"

"Very nice hotel a block from Toyota Music Factory complex. Friendly staff. Able to check in early and check out late. No hot tub. Small indoor pool. Plenty of easy parking. Access to walk the lake. Nice views (especially at night) from our room. Comfy bed. "

"Some people have said a little dated but honestly the room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. If you're just there to stay or get an affordable room this place isn't bad at all. I stayed here these weekend as a photographer on a budget for a convention. Only was there to sleep! Warm breakfast, and cold. Good options. "

"This the most clean, well organized, friendliest hotel I have stayed at in a long time! They were top notch from beginning till the end. We only stayed one night for a concert, but well worth the money. There valet service was better than any valet service I have ever experienced any where, including LasVegas! I would definitely be coming back. The rooms were very comfortable, even the beds. I absolutely recommend staying here to anyone! "

"I really enjoyed my stay. It was a perfect way to relax during my overnight layover. Breakfast options were good, tasty and the area was always kept clean. I called to request shuttle pick-up at the airport and they informed me that they don't do pickups at the C terminal, so I moved to a different one, the shuttle did take about half an hour to arrive though. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at Sandman Signature. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower felt amazing after a long day. My kids especially loved the indoor pool area, and I appreciated having access to a nice gym for workouts. This trip was a mix of business for me and a Spring Break getaway for my kids, so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel—but the time we did spend there was very pleasant. I’ll be returning to Dallas again soon for business and definitely plan to stay here again."
