"Yes, the room was spotless. There is a problem with the drain in the shower. It backs up. You may need to put a snake down there to clear it out. Otherwise I had a very good stay."

"I’ve stayed here many times and always a wonderful experience. All rooms have a fridge, microwave, Keurig and all other regular amenities. I always feel safe. Parking is easy. "

"The room was beautifully decorated and recently remodeled with very comfortable bedding and furniture . The bathroom was very up to date and had a recent renovation with new tile and a luxury shower. The sink area had new countertop and backlighting mirror giving it the perfect area to get ready. The new mini fridge and microwave made it easy to keep snacks and leftovers. Breakfast was great with a variety of hot and cold items. The location is great and has a free airport shuttle that takes only a few minutes to get to and from the airport. There are also light rail and trains available a short walk from the hotel. This will be my favorite place to stay in San Francisco in future visits. Very good value for the money and a friendly and welcoming staff that makes for a great experience."

"Very nice hotel. Room is very clean, well kept and all the receptionist are very helpful, nice and always have smile that says we are here happy to assist you. Worth every $. If we visit San Francisco for sure we will stay in this hotel again. Their complementary cookies are the best. And this hotel is close to the San Francisco airport with a shuttle hotel/airport pick-up. "
