We were able to check in a little earlier than usual, have breakfast prepared by staff to-go when we had to leave early, get a taxi scheduled for us when the ferries got cancelled, etc etc. hands down would book again!"

"Lovely three day stay in Menaggio where we really enjoyed the hotel. The property sits on the water and a sweet square, full of life, dog walking and beautiful views. Hotel Du Lac is like an inn, with a small coffee cafe restaurant on property. Everything we had there was wonderful, and the view of the lake and activity on the walkway was lovely. Special thanks to employee Faisal who was patient with me when I called being"lost" at another property of the same name in another lake town. He was kind, got us on the right ferry and welcomed us when we arrived at the front desk. He also was our server for a quick lunch upon arrival, and we felt well taken care of. Overall a quiet little town, not as crowded as some of the more known towns, and we highly recommend the town and Hotel Du Lac."
