"Great stay very friendly and helpful staff walking distance between Porto and pointe perfect in the middle of both plenty of dining options pool and spa staff were very friendly and helpful didn’t miss anything was worried because a lot of reviews were misleading but they were not at all. "When I booked on Expedia the hotel had amenities such as a pool and hot springs. When we arrived it was clear this hotel never had these features. Is there anything that prevents the property from editing their hotel listing after booking? Overall a nice hotel with terrific apartment Terrace right overlooking the beach. The place was good for a one and done experience, but I would not go back because of the omissions listed when we booked. "

"Hard to find hotel, but I think we are seniors, we are not savy with Google map, someone young would find it easy.
Ana and her friend who mend the place are super friendly.They switch my room to the ground level floor because I have problem with stairs. The room is cleaned , bed made every 2 days, even though I don’t need it. The rooms on ground floor are more spacious than the room that we occupy on 1st floor"

Hotel Ulisse

"We stayed at Hotel Ulisse after taking a ferry from Naples to the island of Ischia. Hotel Ulisse is about mid-way from the Marina to the Castello. I liked the hotel because it is on a side street away from crowds, and it is a stone's through from the beaches. There are public and beach clubs nearby.
This is a smaller hotel with nice amenities. It is clean inside with a nice reception area, and a bar across from the lobby. There is a beautiful pool on the lower floor. And there is a breakfast room which is of good size. The breakfast is included and had a good variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The breakfast staff were very attentive.
Check-in was fast and efficient. The staff were very nice and spoke English. The room was a bit on the smaller size, though we had an amazing view of the Castello Argonese. Really the view at night was impressive. Yes, the bathroom is small though has all you could want. There is balcony with seating so you can enjoy a drink and take in the lovely views.
We only were in Ischia for a day and night, though wished we had stayed longer. People were so nice, and there is so much to do. We will be back."

There is a bus that runs by the hotel, and if you walk 10 minutes, you will find many more buses to choose from. We walked from the port the first time, but I do not recommend it as it was a 30-minute walk, in the sun, uphill."
"Lorenzo and Laura were helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The restaurant offered amazing dining options with a beautiful view of the Aragonese Castle. The breakfast menu offered a wonderful variety of food and drink. Sara and her staff were welcoming and a pleasure to talk to every morning. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.
