"One night stay , room on arrival was very hot. Mentioned on way out and reception staff obliged by providing aircon and fan. Upon return later room very cool.

The reception team was awesome, friendly, gentle, respectful.
I stayed in the executive room. My wife loved the bed, took a while to get her to wake up, lol.
The wash room was clean and the soaps and body lotion was on point!
Blinding curtains, a mini fridge, complimentary water, breakfast coffee, Lovely semi sofa chairs (great for couple's,lol).
Also to add the place is noise free and has a relaxing ambiance.
