"I chose to stay at this property due to the location, for that it was perfect, extremely close proximity to Nottingham and a great stop off on my journey. The downsides. First off, given the price of the room, I wasn't expecting much at £80 a night, but I certainly was expecting more. Upon opening the door to the room I was met with a foul odour that stayed with me for the whole night. Walls were marked from where prior customers have rubbed their luggage against the walls, the bath plug was missing, stolen or removed by the property to not allow the usage of the bath. Overall the room was dirty and not what I expected when entering. Amenities are what you expect, hair dryer, towels etc. No shampoo or conditioner, only hand wash. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I have stopped off in cheaper hotels than handle themselves much better. I would not recommend staying there, even though the location is great, you can get stays at a similar price in central Nottingham."

"We stayed here for 2 nights. I itially we booked for 2 but liked it so stayed another nightbin a diiferent Apartment. The property is literally a stones throw from notts forest football ground and trent bridge cricket ground. Apartment 2 on the ground floor is fabulous with its own kitchenette and spacious lounge. Apartment 14 is on the top floor up a fairly narrow staircase which can take a bit of effort if you have breathing difficulties , dodgy knees or cannot lift for any length of time. But we managed ok and im 63. There are plenty of places in the area for food, drink and "corner shop: supplies. Its also easy to get to the city centre. We walked it in about half an hour. But there are also regular buses. Theres also dedicated parking which is big plus for us. It can be a bit noisy due to road traffic, especially if you like to open the windows but there are far more positives. Apartments are clean and light and i would happily stay here again "

"Be warned! The building accommodates very noisy groups in the other rooms and the walls/ceilings are thin. I stayed for 3 nights and every night the same noises, banging, shouting etc. At 3am on the first night I had to leave the bedroom and sleep on the sofabed to try to get away from the noise. The host said they are not responsible as they don’t rent the other rooms! 3 very uncomfortable nights. "
