"Everything was good at the Hyatt, staff were fabulous, the only downside is when you have to pay deposit they actually charge your credit card unlike say the Hilton they put a stop of 100 dollars on your card then realease it when leaving but the Hyatt doesn’t and it takes a few days to get your money back from them."
